Dramatic Pause puts work on the body and mind in one place, with equal attention to detail. Aimed at how you feel in yourself and supporting your understanding of oneself. The focus is not the method. The focus is on you. We start with a chemistry meeting. The best way to find out where to start and where to go. Pilates session, coaching, or both — every session is carefully tailored to your real needs.

I've been practicing Pilates regularly for over three years, so I’m not exactly a beginner, but my first session with Dina completely blew me away. Just by observing me move, she immediately spotted a few key areas to focus on. Her ability to read the body is truly remarkable.

I want to share how I discovered Dramatic Pause — not just a method, but a whole philosophy of movement, attention, and care.

By chance, I joined my friend for an online Pilates session, and from the very first moment, I was stunned. It was exactly what my body needed — as if Dina had known me for years. It was the best training, the best coach, and the best lesson I’ve ever had in my life.


After that, we started working individually. At the time, I was struggling with migraines and had already done a ton of research and tests. Dina offered a completely tailored approach that addressed both body and mind. We combined physical sessions with occasional coaching, and it made a huge difference.

Dina was born into a family of doctors and always knew how precious our bodies and minds are. Her own journey deeper into the worlds of movement and thinking began with an injury and a dozen unanswered questions.


Dina is a certified comprehensive Pilates teacher in New York and holds a PCC-level executive coaching diploma earned in Munich.
